Corker Binning partner contributes to EU project on suspects’ procedural rights

Robert Brown, partner, Corker Binning is contributing to a project, led by Maastricht University, to develop training guidance for lawyers and police officers across Europe, to achieve common minimum standards regarding the rights of suspects in criminal proceedings.  He attended the first training day in Bristol on 18 April 2013.  Click here for more information on the legislation and the project.
