Alex Davidson’s article assessing the human rights framework of those accused before the International Criminal Court has been published in the International Community Law Review.
Examining a range of legal and policy arguments, the article argues for greater human rights protection than has, to date, been given before the International Criminal Court. The article goes on to suggest a framework for human rights protection, which takes into account the fundamental principles of criminal justice.
