Andrew Smith comments in GIR on High Court’s decision regarding UWOs (1/2)

Partner Andrew Smith has commented in Global Investigations Review (GIR) on the High Court’s decision regarding unexplained wealth orders (UWOs).

“This judgment will be particularly unwelcome reading for the NCA. Such a poor outcome will inevitably mean the NCA is more circumspect about future applications and appeals,” Andrew said.
