The Global Investigations Review (GIR) has announced the second edition of their annual 40 Under 40, a list of accomplished young investigations practitioners who will help shape the future of this fast-evolving area of law, including Partner Andrew Smith.
With the 40 Under 40, GIR shines a spotlight on up-and-coming individuals. To choose the final 40, GIR considered the cases that nominees worked on, the jurisdictions they practised in and the references that were submitted on their behalf.
GIR set out to introduce the individuals both as professionals and people, so the final 40 were asked a variety of questions about their career highlights, inspirations, major investigations developments in their jurisdictions and more.
