Partner Claire Cross has been quoted in The Times on the news that NatWest Group Plc could face a fine of several hundred million pounds from the U.K.’s financial watchdog after pleading guilty to three criminal charges of money laundering.
Claire said “all eyes would now be on the size of the fine. Previous regulatory enforcement cases included a £102 million fine for Standard Chartered and a £163 million fine for Deutsche Bank.”
