Corker Binning is pleased to have been recognised as a top three law firm for ‘Financial Crime, Fraud and Regulatory’ work and commended for ‘Crime’ in The Times Best Law Firms 2026 report, published today.
The annual list features the most highly recommended 250 law firms in England & Wales and the top 20 in Scotland, chosen by solicitors and barristers.
Corker Binning has been included in The Times Best Law Firms for the eighth year running, since the guide’s inception.
The Times says of the firm:
“Highlights over the past year include advising a former executive of the commodities trader Glencore who was charged by the Serious Fraud Office with conspiring to make corrupt payments in relation to oil contracts in west Africa. The case is listed for trial in 2027.
“Corker Binning is advising a former Fujitsu employee in relation to the Metropolitan Police investigation of the Post Office Horizon scandal. The firm’s client is a core participant in the public inquiry.”
“It was also part of a wider legal team that worked on behalf of the WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange in one of the most high-profile extradition cases of the past decade. Assange secured his freedom after agreeing a plea deal with US prosecutors.”
Corker Binning, which this year celebrates its 25th anniversary, has also been ranked as a top-tier law firm in the 2026 editions of Chambers UK and The Legal 500 UK.
