Corker Binning is pleased to announce that our client has been removed from the UK’s sanctions list, as announced by the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) this week. This is the result of a successful application to the FCDO under the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018.
The team was led by partner Maia Cohen-Lask, working with Tim James-Matthews of Matrix Chambers and Hugo Keith KC of Three Raymond Buildings.
This is Corker Binning’s second successful de-listing, following the removal of businessman Oleg Tinkov from the sanctions list in 2023, in a landmark case.
