Corker Binning client, Mr Fatai Olaide, walked free from Ipswich Crown Court on 20 April 2012 after a successful submission of no case to answer. The London solicitor had been charged with a multi-million pound mortgage fraud. Mr Olaide was advised by Corker Binning partner Nicola Finnerty and solicitor Jemma Hamlin. Counsel in the case were Craig Ferguson and Vivienne Tanchel of 2 Hare Court.
