Partner David Corker has commented in Law360 regarding juror breaks and holidays during a trial.
David said: ‘It’s a golden rule that juries must always be told that they should never feel that they have to come to a verdict by Friday 4 p.m. because they’ll feel guilty because another juror is going to lose their holiday If you go to the Court of Appeal with that kind of thing, they’ll quash the convictions.’
