Partner David Corker has been quoted in Global Investigations Review (GIR) on the news that the SFO and CMA have signed a memorandum of understanding, leading to the reaching of an agreement between the SFO and Airline Services Limited.
“The CMA wants to focus its resources on civil enforcement only. In relation to individuals who join a cartel, the only sanction it will want to impose is a period of disqualification as a director.”
