David Corker quoted in Law 360 on SFO’s resolve to tackle UK cartel cases

Partner David Corker has been quoted in Law 360 on the potential of the Serious Fraud Office playing a greater role in criminal cartel cases, through working closely with the Competition Markets Authority.

“This agreement with the SFO is in reality the CMA withdrawing entirely from any ambition to prosecute. The CMA wants to focus its resources on civil enforcement only,” David said.
