David Corker quoted in Law360 on the Unaoil case

Partner David Corker has been quoted in Law360 on the Unaoil case, as part of a review of the biggest corporate crime cases of 2020.

“The Unaoil case suggests that the exemplary collaboration between the SFO and DOJ throughout the Airbus investigation during 2018-19 was sorely absent from the Unaoil one. The principal suspects in Unaoil were able to out-maneuver the SFO with the assistance of the DOJ” said David.
