Partner David Corker has successfully represented Altaf Hussain, founder of MQM, who was charged with encouraging acts of terrorism. On 15 February 2022, Mr Hussain was acquitted by an English jury of 12 on all counts. David instructed Rupert Bowers QC of Doughty Street Chambers to represent Mr Hussain in court.
