David Corker to speak at Red Lion Lecture at King’s College London

Partner David Corker is speaking with Red Lion Chambers member David Young at the last Red Lion Lecture of 2019 at King’s College London.

The talk is entitled “STAYIN’ ALIVE?”: The Prognosis for Abuse of Process, and will take place on Monday 9th December, with registration from 6pm.

This lecture will begin with an overview of the health of the main strands of abuse of process identified in the case law, before going on to examine the most recent significant developments in the case law.
