Oxford University Press published Disclosure in Criminal Proceedings co-authored by David Corker , partner, Corker Binning. This is the first book on this important topic for over ten years.

Many of the most notorious miscarriages of justice, such as the Birmingham Six and Guildford Four cases, involved prosecution failures to disclose crucial evidence. David Corker co-founded Corker Binning in 2000 and is the author of textbooks on disclosure, abuse of process and witness testimony as well as being a co-editor of Archbold Magistrates Court Practice.
