Edward Grange comments in The Telegraph on possible extradition of Carlos Ghosn

Partner Edward Grange has commented in The Telegraph on the possibility of Carlos Ghosn’s extradition to Japan.

“Those two jurisdictions will be his only safe haven and travel to another country could result in his arrest and detention on the Red Notice pending an extradition request from Japan.”
