Partner Edward Grange has been quoted in Global Investigations Review on the implications of the Brexit deal on cross-border enforcement.
Edward is quoted throughout but, he says: : “Although the [Brexit] agreement puts in place arrangements between the UK and EU27, it is inferior to those arrangements that were in place prior to the end of the transition period. However, it’s a lot better than what was envisaged under a no-deal scenario.”
