Jessica Parker and Andrew Smith feature in GIR’s Practitioner’s Guide to Global Investigations

Partners Andrew Smith and Jessica Parker have contributed to GIR’s Practitioner’s Guide to Global Investigations, Fourth Edition. The pair have written a chapter considering the representation of individuals in three types of interviews: interviews in corporate internal investigations, interviews of witnesses in law enforcement investigations, and interviews of suspects in law enforcement investigations.

The guide features a breakdown of every stage in US and UK corporate investigations, including a section on the duty of directors to reflect an increased prosecutorial focus on individual accountability on both sides of the Atlantic.
