Jessica Parker quoted in International Bar Association

Partner Jessica Parker has been quoted in an article by the International Bar Association, discussing the EU’s blacklist proposal to tackle money-laundering issues. Jessica is also the Co-Chair of the IBA Business Crime Committee.

Commenting on the proposals, Jessica said: “Putting non-EU countries on a money-laundering blacklist is a disproportionate response that will not address the core problem of ineffective implementation.”
