The FCA’s new rules on non-financial misconduct (NFM) came into force on 1 September, bringing bullying, harassment and other forms of serious misconduct within the regulatory framework for all financial services firms. Priya Dave, Of Counsel at Corker Binning, explores the implications of the new regime in Solicitors Journal, Investment Week and MLex, highlighting the shift in how firms must approach non-financial misconduct and the potential for increased FCA scrutiny and enforcement.
