Partner Peter Binning has been appointed as Senior Vice Chair of the IBA’s Regulation Lawyers’ Compliance Committee, to serve from 1st January 2015 to 31st December 2015.
The committee was formed to meet the growing interest of IBA members in the regulation of law firms and lawyers (and the related compliance obligations and the risks of failure to comply).
