Partners Robert Brown and Andrew Smith speaking at the British Academy of Forensic Sciences Annual Dinner

On Wednesday 18 May Partners Robert Brown and Andrew Smith are speaking at the British Academy of Forensic Sciences (BAFs) Annual Dinner and AGM, ‘Extradition and Mental Disorder: Is the existing law and procedure capable of achieving fairness for those with mental disorder?’.

Robert Brown, acting President of the BAFs, will be introducing talks by Andrew Smith, Professor Nigel Eastman and Professor Michael Kopelman, and hosting the debate afterwards. Andrew Smith is a guest speaker and will be speaking on the the topic of extradition and mental disorder, and discussing relevant high profile cases.

The aim of BAFS is to further education, training, and the interchange of ideas in all aspects of forensic science in order to enable scientists, medical professionals, and lawyers to meet in situations not dominated by case work.
