BIOGRAPHY & EXPERTISE
Claudia joined Corker Binning as a Paralegal in January 2023 from a London City firm where she worked as a paralegal for 3 years assisting several Senior Crown Court solicitors as well as managing her own caseload.
This work enabled Claudia to gain extensive criminal defence experience from working on a full range of offences including serious crime, fraud, and confiscation proceedings.
Claudia has previously undertaken pro-bono work with the Freedom Law Centre assisting on a complex murder appeal case.
Claudia graduated from The University of Sussex in 2018 with an Undergraduate Degree in Law with French (Upper Second Class). Claudia was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2021 (Very Competent) by the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple.
Claudia is also completing her Legal Practice Course part-time at BPP Law School.
Claudia is fluent in Spanish and semi-fluent in French.
