BIOGRAPHY & EXPERTISE
Emma joined Corker Binning as a paralegal in September 2026.
Prior to joining the firm, Emma worked as a criminal defence paralegal, assisting on complex fraud, regulatory and criminal matters. She has also gained experience in civil and commercial litigation in Washington, D.C. and London, including cross-border disputes and sanctions-related matters.
A native German speaker, Emma graduated from the University of Cambridge with an MPhil in Politics and International Studies and from Northeastern University London with a BA (Hons) in Philosophy, Politics and Economics. She completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Law at BPP University and passed the SQE1 in 2025.
