BIOGRAPHY & EXPERTISE
Grace joined Corker Binning as an Associate in 2023 from the independent Criminal Bar.

Grace graduated from Northumbria University in 2016 with a Masters in Law (First Class Honours). Grace was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2016 by the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple.

Prior to Pupillage, Grace gained experience at a criminal law firm in County Durham and at a London boutique firm specialising in White Collar Crime, serious fraud and confiscation proceedings.

At the Criminal Bar, Grace prosecuted and defended in the Crown Court in a wide-range of criminal offences including sexual offences, serious violence, robbery, drugs, fraud and dishonesty offences.

Grace is experienced in representing clients facing motoring offences such as causing serious injury by dangerous driving, dangerous driving, and driving whilst intoxicated. She also has experience conducting ‘exceptional hardship’ and ‘special reasons’ hearings.

She regularly appeared in proceedings whereby individuals faced quasi-criminal applications such as gang injunctions, behavioural orders and sexual harm prevention orders.

Grace has successfully prosecuted on behalf of the Health Care Professional Council and the National Probation Service. She gained particular experience representing youth defendants and those dealing with complex mental health problems. Furthermore, she was regularly instructed in cases whereby Certificate for Counsel was permitted by the Court.
