Peter Binning comments on the SFO’s need for funding

Partner, Peter Binning comments on the need for increased government funding for the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) to deal adequately with prosecutions and improve issues of disclosure.

Peter states, “The SFO cannot possibly be expected to improve without increased resources being made available for properly trained staff with the right technology and equipment.”
