Partner Peter Binning was quoted in The Times discussing whether Prince Andrew could be summonsed to give evidence on account of his friendship with the late Jeffrey Epstein.
Peter stated: “The High Court could issue a summons requiring him to be deposed by a court-appointed examiner in private with lawyers present for the US plaintiffs, who could ask him questions.”
