Partner Peter Binning is speaking at the Cambridge Forum on Protecting the Wealthy, their Assets & Advisors: White Collar Issues for Ultra High Net Worth Clients, held between Sunday, 10th February to Tuesday, 12th February 2019.
The Forum will discus the intersection of two practice areas, private client lawyers and white-collar criminal litigators, exploring how ultra-high net worth clients can best position themselves to avoid unnecessary investigations or regulatory enforcement actions, and how they should structure their affairs to provide optimal protection, for themselves, their assets and their advisors.
Peter will be leading the discussion on “White Collar Prosecution threats for UHNWIs and their advisors”, which will cover:
- What are some typical fact patterns?
- What are the red flags?
- Whether to cooperate
