Partner Robert Brown, acting President of The British Academy of Forensic Sciences, will be attending the joint scientific meeting of the Clinical Forensic & Legal Medicine Section and The British Academy of Forensic Sciences, ‘Investigating Sudden Unexpected Death’. The meeting is on Saturday 16 January 2016, and is under the Chatham House rule.
Talks will be held by a variety of leading professionals within the field, on a range of investigations. These topics include investigations into cardiac pathology, neuropathology and post-mortem toxicology. Epidemiology and risk factors will also be discussed in the context of cardiac construction abnormalities, substance abuse, medication errors and deaths in hospital.
