Partner Robert Brown has been training Russian lawyers as part of Citizens’ Watch the Non-Governmental Human Rights Organization in St. Petersburg. From November 11-13th, Robert lectured on criminal defence of business activity, with topics including:

• Precedents in the legal system of England and Wales.
• European standards and ECtHR case-law in the practice of defense lawyers.
• Examination of the expert in a court (before professional judge and jury panel).
• Professional ethics and the market of legal services
