“Vladimir Bukovsky’s trial has been stopped due to his ill health. He has been in poor health for a long time and is currently hospitalised with pneumonia. Mr Bukovsky continues to assert his innocence on all the charges he faces.
Due to his ill health, Mr Bukovsky has not yet had any opportunity to present his side of the case. It is therefore extremely important that the case is not prejudged until all of the evidence for both sides has been heard.”
Robert Brown, Partner at Corker Binning, acting on behalf of Vladimir Bukovsky
