Corker Binning is pleased to have been recommended in the ‘Crime’ and ‘Financial Crime, Fraud and Regulatory’ categories law in The Times Best Law Firms 2024 – a list of the top 250 legal practices in England, Wales and Scotland, which was voted for by lawyers. Corker Binning has been included in the guide since its inception.

“The firm acted for the Kazakh mining group Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation as co-counsel alongside Fieldfisher’s corporate crime team in one of the most significant corporate criminal investigations in the Serious Fraud Office’s history. The investigation ended in August 2023 when the Serious Fraud Office announced the closure of the case without charge.
“Corker Binning provided counsel to Julian Assange in his appeal against the extradition order made against him, as part of the wider legal team, in what was one of the most high-profile extradition cases of the past ten years.”
