Andrew Smith comments in GIR on High Court’s decision regarding UWOs (2/2)

Partner Andrew Smith has commented in Global Investigations Review (GIR) on the High Court’s decision regarding unexplained wealth orders (UWOs).

Andrew stated that, regarding UWOs, the NCA had had an “early run of good form” which had come to an end.
