Anna Rothwell, of Counsel, has been quoted in the Daily Mail, following a blog she wrote in 2019 on the viability of Prince Andrew’s efforts to make an argument to avoid extradition in a criminal case of sexual abuse, which she concluded could be challenging.
“Prince Andrew would probably face an uphill struggle persuading the court that he should be discharged from the US extradition request merely by virtue of his being an heir to the throne,” said Anna Rothwell, a lawyer with Corker Binning, in a blog in 2019.
